La Chef

Maria, of Portuguese origin, takes care of the kitchen, giving birth to dishes made with flavors that exalt the senses. You always say “… a dish is first eaten with sight, then with smell and finally with taste”.

The Restaurant

A mountain environment, furnished with wood and stone, warm and welcoming. Large windows frame the surrounding mountains. Located in a hamlet of Limone Piemonte, in a quiet and secluded environment.

The wine cellar

A rapidly expanding cellar, with an interesting assortment of Piedmontese wines, from reds to whites to rosés. In our cellar you will find large wineries and small producers who supply products of excellence. For those who wish, they can also move to wines outside the region, passing from Sforzato di Valtellina to Chianti Classico Toscano to the Petit Arvier Nuances of Valle D’Aosta.

A menu that is always alive, which varies on the basis of seasonal products… so many surprises await your senses. A cuisine that is both traditional and international, here Maria creates excellence. The menu also features two traditional menus for those who wish to pair them with wines.
